Standard production takes 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit. Shipping time depends on the destination: 15–25 days by sea to major ports (USA, Europe, Middle East), 5–10 days by air freight. We provide real-time production updates and shipment tracking for every order.

Yes, absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom color development, surface texture design, thickness specifications, wear layer options, backing materials, and custom packaging with your brand logo and artwork. Our design team will work closely with you to achieve the exact look and performance you need.

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and secure escrow payment options. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment.
